The Simsbury Light Opera Company announces Auditions for Gilbert and Sullivan’s Patience. Auditions will be held October 28, beginning 6 p.m., and October 30, beginning 7 p.m., at the company’s rehearsal facility, 5 Herman Drive, Simsbury.  Performances will be held in April 2019.

All principal roles and chorus parts are open.  Anyone auditioning for a prinicipal role should prepare a song from Gilbert & Sullivan or from musical theater.  Auditioners should bring sheet music for the company’s accompanist and may be asked to read some dialogue from “Patience”.

Those auditioning for chorus will be asked to sing in a small group but do not need to prepare a song.
