Seeking actors for a Staged Reading with the critically acclaimed Thrown Stone Theatre Company

 Thrown Stone Theatre Company, Ridgefield’s professional theatre company dedicated to new work, is looking for submissions for their upcoming staged reading for the Michael Chekhov Theatre Festival on September 23.   Looking for actors to read two roles in The Butcher by Gwydion Suilebhan. 

 Thrown Stone is offering $100 for the reading and one to two days of rehearsal in Ridgefield, Connecticut. The Butcher is under consideration for our 2018 Summer Season operating under an AEA Special Appearance Contract. 

Thrown Stone seeks both AEA and Non-AEA actors for the following roles:

Masoud Esfani- a butcher, 44. Iranian. Farsi Dialect required. Faithful and devout. Proud of where he comes from. A businessman trying to make a go of it. 

Sholeh Esfhani- his wife, 43. Iranian. Farsi Dialect required. Loves America and her son. Faithful and devout. Wants to assimilate.
