Getting Help

CTCallboard is run entirely by volunteers, but if you have a problem, we are here to help. When troubleshooting a problem with the website, please follow these steps.

Support Portal

We support users with a cloud-based help desk system. Click the button below, you’ll be prompted for your name, email address and a description of the problem. Once you create the ticket, we will be alerted and will start work on it as soon as we are able. You will also be able to track our progress and answer any questions we may have.
