CTCallboard is run entirely by volunteers, but if you have a problem, we are here to help. When troubleshooting a problem with the website, please follow these steps.
We support users with a ticket-based help desk system. Click the button below, you’ll be taken to the help desk portal where you can create, update or check on your ticket. Once you create your ticket, we will be alerted and will start work on it as soon as we are able. You will also be able to track our progress and answer any questions we may have.
