Drama Works Theatre Company, in anticipation of a phase three opening, will be holding auditions for “Ages of the Moon” by Sam Shepard on Saturday and Sunday June 27th and 28th at the Drama Works Theatre at 323 Boston Post Road, Old Saybrook, Ct. The audition will consist of reading from the script.
The director is Pat Souney.
The performance dates are August 21, 22, 23, 28 and 29th.

CASTING –  AMES and BRYON.
Two male actors to play late forties to late fifties.

A gruff, affecting and funny play. Ames and Bryon are old friends, reunited by a mutual desperation. Over bourbon and ice, they sit, reflect and bicker — until years of love, friendship and rivalry are put to the test at the barrel of a gun.

“A poignant and honest continuation of themes that have always been present in the work of one of this country’s most important dramatists, here reconstructed in the light and shadow of time passed.” —The New York Times

” … as enjoyable and enlightening as a night spent stargazing”. — TalkinBroadway.com
