Chestnut Street Playhouse located in Norwich, CT is seeking experienced artist instructors for our 2016 Summer Program. Instructors will have the opportunity to teach classes in a variety of disciplines (Voice, Acting, and Dance.)

Students will create performance pieces for their respective Share Days as they gain new skills and techniques by training with the artist instructors. The Orange Players will be holding open auditions for their evening of 10 Minute One Acts by new playwrights.

Auditions will be on Monday June 13th, 7:00pm – 9:30.

Performance date is Saturday August 27.

Auditions are open to anyone 16 years of age and up.  We are looking for a variety of ages to fill roles.

Performers will be asked to do cold readings from the scripts.

The Saybrook Stage Company is looking to cast the male lead role of “Gary” in “Noises Off!” their July production at The Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center.
