Two Planks Theater Company is looking for two actors to fill out the cast of our May main stage comedy, Larry Shue’s The Foreigner. The roles of Catherine, the moody and restless fiancée, and that of Ellard, her not-so-backward younger brother, are still open. Susan Halliwell is directing–rehearsals begin on April 3rd.

Two Planks Theater Company auditions have been extended for a February 19th production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Appointments are available on Sunday, November 29th from 2-5 PM, Friday, December 4th from 7-9:30 PM and Saturday, December 5th from 2-5 PM at The United Methodist Church, 515 Cutlers Farm Road, Monroe CT

Two Planks Theater Company is holding auditions for the comedy-thriller Deathtrap, by Ira Levin.

Deathtrap centers around Sydney Bruhl, a successful writer of Broadway thrillers struggling to overcome a “dry” spell. A possible break in his fortune occurs when he receives a script from a student he taught in a recent seminar at a nearby college — Sydney immediately recognizes the thriller as a potential Broadway hit.
