Candidates must be in high school or college (up to age 23) and all roles are open. The Shoreline Actors Collective (SAC) is hosting auditions for William Shakespeare’s, The Merchant of Venice Saturday, May 21 from 10:30 – 12:30pm and Wednesday, May 25 from 5:30 – 7:30pm at 16 W. Main St. in Clinton. Actors, both professional and student levels from ages 12 and up are sought for our annual Shakespeare in the Gardens event on August 12 & 13 in the beautiful Clinton Historical Society gardens. Chestnut Street Playhouse is currently seeking director proposals for plays and musicals for the 2017 Main Stage Season. For our Main Stage Season, we are currently seeking productions that have been published and performed before. We will be seeking new works for our World Premiere Series separately.
